All Raven Wear products are made to order.  It is important that you pass along your measurements (see chart below) and any other pertinent information to our sales person.  Quality takes time!  Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery and have your orders in well in advance of your required date.  ** We do keep minimal inventory in our more popular items, so just have your measurements handy when you call.  Thanks.

Customizing:

 You may wish additional custom features.  Customizing services include the following examples:

• additional pockets 

• oversized garments  (XXL and up, Tall and X-Tall)

• snap-on-hood

• additional zippers

Surcharges will apply according to your needs.  Please ask.

Shipping and Handling:   

A minimum charge applies to very small orders.  Please ask at the time of ordering.

Orders totaling these amounts will be charged the shipping charge shown.  Items are shipped according to dimensional weight by Express and/or Expedited Parcel Post through the Postal System with a tracking number.  We will require your mailing address.  At this time we do not offer UPS or FEDEX.

Sizing:

Neck:  Measure a shirt that fits you well - lay collar flat.  Measure from centre collar button to far end of button hole.

Chest:  Measure just under the arm and across shoulder blades, holding tape firm and level around the thickest part of your chest.

Waist:  Measure around waist where you normally wear slacks.  Hold tape firmly, but not tight.  Your blue jean measurements are not sufficient as measurements vary by manufacturer.  Note - actual tape measurement are consistent 2" to 3" bigger than the tag on your blue jeans shows.

Hip:  Measure around the fullest point of the seat while standing - about 6"-7" down from waist.  Hold tape firmly but not tight.

Sleeve:  With arm relaxed at side measure from center back neck, over point of shoulder, down the outside of the arm to about 1/2 inch past the wrist bone.

Inseam:  Standing with legs slightly apart, measure from the crotch down the inside pant leg seam to the desired length.  A good guide is the measurement from your dress pants not your jeans since most people buy their jeans long to allow for shrinkage.  Raven Wear garments will not shrink.

Hat Size:  Measure around the largest part of the head with tape above brow ridges.

* Raven Wear garments are roomy to allow for layering.  Please do not add to the measurements you take.*

ALL RAVEN WEAR GARMENTS ARE FULLY GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR FOR CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS AND FABRIC FLAWS.

CUSTOM ORDERS DONE ACCORDING TO YOUR INSTRUCTIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED.  REGULAR ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR A CREDIT ON ACCOUNT LESS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE CONTACTED US TO DISCUSS THE PROCEDURE.
